The 2008 Summer Camp season is nearly upon us.  Registrations are well ahead of last year and Sessions I and II are nearly full.  Plenty of space remains during sessions III and IV so make your reservation today.  Our staff is complete, merit badge class assignments have been made and pre-camp staff training is underway.  With 45 merit badge offerings, more new Sons of Daniel Boone activities, and further improvements to our camp schedule, we continue to break the mold on what a summer camp experience should be. 

Particularly exciting in 2008  is the collaboration with the Blacksmiths Association of Missouri (BAM) who has agreed to post their mobile training center at camp for the summer and teach Metalwork Merit Badge.  Also new this year is our merit badge sign-up and recordkeeping system.  Scouts will sign up for classes and activities in a single registration form, and end-of-camp records will be distributed to Scoutmasters in a convenient consolidated printed spreadsheet.

As always, please take time before camp to determine what your troop program needs are and communicate that information to us before you arrive.
